the world a better place.
My Story
For over a decade I've been serving my local community in optimizing their health and well-being, as well as healing from chronic dis-eases. I've been the CEO and head of innovation at Indigo Health Clinic, a practice I started with my mother in 2011. As a female entrepreneur, I understand the hardships that come with being a woman in business. I've witnessed the depths of burnout in my own personal journey and know what it takes to live a level-10 life in all areas of my life and it's a constant work in progress!
I also understand the struggles of being a perfectionist, multi-passionate, multi-hyphenate entrepreneur, and wanting to have it all done... yesterday!
I stand for the empowerment and inspiration of all women. Helping women win at life is my greatest joy. When you win, I win. When we win, everyone around us wins. This is how we support one another in leaving earth a better place for ALL generations to come.
How it all started...

A Creatress is a woman who lives life on her terms and creates the life of her dreams, one filled with joy, laughter, health, wealth, and legacy. She lives a purpose driven life.
As you heal yourself and serve from a place of wholeness, you’ll pay it forward by healing the world.
But it wasn’t always like that for me...
Fresh out of naturopathic medical school, my whole life fell apart.
There we were - building Indigo Integrative Health Clinic and healing every condition under the sun: chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal issues, Lyme disease and even cancer - all whilst neglecting the whispers of my body, "Slow down, rest, take it easy, take some time off, pause..."
Did I listen?! Heck no! I pressed on with, "Mind over matter baby!"
Until one day coming home from a trip to Mexico, I got Epstein-Barr virus and many others, and they took me down. Piled on with a heartbreak, Saturn returning to kick my butt, and the onset of a short but painful depression, that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.
This was it. I had hit my rock bottom.
Desperate to reset, I turned to what medical school taught me: naturopathic healing.
Intertwining deep spiritual practices I had learned from world-renowned shamans and healers by traveling into the depths of the Amazon — I started experimenting with fusions of energy psychology, neuro-linguistic magic and natural healing practices...
It wasn’t until I combined them ALL that I was able to restore my mind, body, and broken spirit back to complete health and come out of it stronger than ever before.
Over a decade of experience later, the Creatress was born.
Through this deep and profound experience, I found my life’s true calling: to share this Conscious Creatress Activation that had saved my life with other female entrepreneurs, go getters, over-achievers, game changers, and leaders determined to heal and change the world.
And right before I hit forty, there were two more things I needed to gather under my belt - clairvoyant energy work and sexual transformation because true healing isn’t a string of elixirs that only addresses the physical.
True healing is a spiritual metamorphosis that leverages energy psychology, naturopathic medicine, deep intuition, mindset reprogramming, energy work, sexual liberation, and spiritual alignment — so you can claim your highest health, self-care and self-mastery.

My mother bought me a parcel of land in Ireland, and now I’m a Countess, lol!
For my 41st birthday I purchased two stars in our solar system, one of them is called Izzy Stardust and the second is the Createss Supernova.
After 18 months of clairvoyant training, I’m now officially a Reverend! Aside from being able to start my own church, I can also officiate weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
Yes, I’m a naturopathic doctor but first and foremost I consider myself an artist of life. I love to paint, write, design costumes, interior design, and produce AI tracks. My closest friends know me as the Queen of Adornment.
